The staff at Mediclinic Bloemfontein care about you and it helps so much that they’re friendly. You can also see that obstetrician and gynaecologist Dr Juliana Heyns is there for her patients, as well as the anaesthesiologist who attended to me. I would recommend Mediclinic to anyone. They made my experience so much easier.

Making a hard delivery easier
I had the best experience at Mediclinic Tzaneen, the staff was super-friendly and accommodating; very caring and with no attitude whatsoever. From the cleaners to people serving us food, to the nurses who helped me deliver my baby. They made my hard delivery smoother by being so nice. We appreciate such acts and behaviour. May you please continue and may all other staff do the same. Thank you, I enjoyed my stay.

A surplus of kindness
A week ago, I underwent surgery and stayed overnight at Mediclinic Cape Town. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The staff displayed immense compassion and professionalism, always ready to address any questions or concerns, no matter how small. Their care was truly invaluable.
Even the security guard extended herself beyond her duty and offered assistance as I entered the reception area. The entire process was smooth and efficient, accompanied by a surplus of kindness and outstanding service. I felt well cared for and safe throughout my stay at Mediclinic. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Safety amid uncertainty
My husband recently had to be admitted to Mediclinic Nelspruit while in town for the weekend. We want to thank every doctor and staff member for their compassion and friendliness. No matter who helped us, from the Emergency Centre staff, reception, admissions, the cleaning staff, cafeteria staff, and then of course the fantastic staff of Ward A, you were all professional and kind, and so friendly. I think Ward A should win Ward of the Year! It is strange how kindness and compassion can make you feel safe in an uncertain time. I can’t say thank you enough! Finally, to urologist Dr RB Mashava, who was so professional and kind. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you, doctor!
